We are a group of Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) based in Victoria, BC who are experienced in providing mental health support and services.
We see clients of all ages - children, teens, and adults - in person at our office in Oak Bay Junction or online anywhere in BC.
The counselling approaches we use are client-centered, evidence-based, and most importantly, emphasize connection, trust, and relationships.
Our counsellors offer free consultations to help you decide if they are the right fit for you.
